This 2008 model seems to be the last for the sporty Hyundai Tiburon two-door hatchback.The Tiburon production will end when the rear-wheel-drive Genesis coupe goes on sale,probably next spring.

John Krafcik, product development vice president for Hyundai Motor America said that Hyundai is looking for a small front-wheel-drive coupe to replace the Tiburon.Most probably the replacement would be similar to the Veloster coupe concept first shown at the Seoul auto show in April 2007.

Kia exposed the new concept at the New York auto show on Thursday morning.

The Koup has a wide stance and flared wheels, fronted by a tabbed grille and slanted LED headlights.The car is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter, direct-injection four-cylinder engine that makes 290 bhp and it has a six-speed automatic gearbox. Kia added continuous damping control for sporty handling.

It won’t take long before the production for Kia Koup will start.

Renalult will lunch their stunning Megane Coupe Concept at Geneva Motor Show this summer.

The car’s headlamps will have two rows of main lights and dipped beam lights wich fills the sidelight and daytime running light functions.

The panelled doors feature a separate glazed area and, as they open, the two parts deploy gracefully and elegantly in an independent movement reminiscent of dragonfly wings

When you’ll be inside watching the instrumenation you’ll realise that the Coupe looks more like a plane than like a car.The speedometer displays the speed in analogue form(on the periphery) and also in digital form(in the center).Both feature black metallic backgrounds with white graphics and red backlighting.

All front and rear passengers will benefit from a poftable Samsung P2 audio/video player with touchscreen.An interesting thing is that the new Megane can be locked and unlocked using a Samsung F700 mobile phone.

Megane Coupe Concept features a 2-litre,four cylinder turbocharged engine.The six-speed manual gearbox will deliver the power to the front wheels,reaching 100km/h in 7.2 seconds.

Another member of the revised Ford Focus family, the Ford Focus CC has been revealed and, as you can see from the photos, the front of the car suffered the most changes, together with the inside of the car, while the back remains almost unchanged. Continue reading »
