Alfa Romeo is celebrating its 100th anniversary in style. This is the Pandion – a remarkable concept car that will make its worldwide debut at the Geneva Motor Show next week. Penned by famous design house, Bertone, it’s based on the 8C Competizione supercar and features a single door that extends vertically allowing access to the 2+2 cabin.
Named a mythical predatory bird, the Pandion also boasts a transparent roof and side sills that show its inner skeletal structure. Tipping the scales at just over 1,000kg it measure 4.82m long, is 1.28m tall and gets lots of carbon fibre touches throughout.
Fellow Italian styling house, Pininfarina, will also reveal a concept at Geneva, in the shape of a two-seater spider.
Alfas are foxies anyhow, but these two concepts are stunning!
